5X10⁶  CCRF-CEM cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in SCID/Beige mice.

About 15 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 19 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).
