Model information：

1X10⁷ BT474 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into breast pads in NOD/SClD mice.

About 7-9 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 45 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).
