        The animal model of gastric cancer is mainly used to study the pathogenesis and treatment methods of gastric cancer. These models can be divided into spontaneous models, chemical induction models, gene modification models, and transplantation models. 

        Transplantation model: Human or animal gastric cancer cells can be transplanted into animals to construct corresponding animal models of gastric cancer. For example, the human-derived gastric cancer xenograft model is mainly divided into two kinds, one is to inoculate gastric cancer cell lines of human origin into immunodeficient mice, which is called CDX model (cell-line-derived xenograft), and the other is to inoculate gastric cancer tissue blocks derived from patients into immunodeficient mice, which is called PDX model (patient-derived xenograft). 

        These models provide important tools for studying the pathogenesis, disease progression, and drug screening of gastric cancer.
