Cell information：

LS174T cells are LS180A trypsinized variant of the colon adenocarcinoma cell line, which is easier to passage than the parent and produces large amounts of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) like LS180. p53 antigen expression is negative, but mRNA expression is positive; keratin is positive; the expression of oncogenes c-myc, N-myc, H-ras, N-ras, Myb and fos is positive; can produce IL-10, IL-6 and Mucin.

Model information：

3X10⁶ LS174T cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.

About 7 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 9 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).
