        The animal model of fibrosarcoma is mainly used to study the occurrence, development, and treatment of fibrosarcoma. At present, the most widely used are xenograft models, which are mainly divided into the following two types: 

        Chemical induction model: 10-dimethyl-1,2-benzanthracene(DMBA) was used as a chemical inducer. After ligating the bilateral submandibular gland ducts in nude mice, DMBA was injected into the right submandibular gland of eight nude mice every two weeks, three times in a row. This model can better simulate the occurrence of human oral cancer and create a large number of animal models of oral malignant tumors in a short period of time, but it is not conducive to related research on tumor treatment. 

        Tumor cell inoculation model: Take logarithmic S-180 cells and inoculate them into the right submandibular area of mice at a dosage of 1 x 10^6 per 0.1ml. This model can better preserve the biological and physiological characteristics of oral cancer, which is beneficial for studying tumor infiltration and metastasis. However, it requires high surgical conditions and techniques, and the experimental period is long.
