The cells are CSap and rectal antigen 3 negative; keratin positive; the G→A mutation at codon 273 of the p53 gene causes Arg→His substitution at codon 309. C→T mutation leads to Pro→Ser substitution; cellular p53 protein expression levels increase; the expression of oncogenes c-myc, K-ras, H-ras, N-ras, myb, sis and fos is positive.
