5X106 A-549 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.
About 21 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.
The duration of treatment is about 34 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
