Cell information:

NCI-H358 cells are derived from human non-small cell lung cancer cells. Ultrastructural studies show that the cytoplasm has the characteristic structure of Clara cells. The cells express the protein and RNA of the main lung surface binding protein SP-A. SP-B and SP-C are not expressed.


Model information:

Subcutaneous inoculation, the mouse strain is NOD/SCID, and matrix needs to be added during inoculation. Approximately 6 days after vaccination can be grouped, and the administration time after grouping is approximately 27 days. The tumor mass is prone to forming clear or bloody blisters.
