Ba/F3-derived Oncogene Model

The Ba/F3 oncogene model is a commonly used model for studying cytokine receptors, kinases, and their kinase inhibitors. Ba/F3 is a mouse primary B cell line that relies on the growth of interleukin-3 (IL-3). Introducing various expressed kinase genes into the Ba/F3 genome as driving genes for Ba/F3, so that Ba/F3 no longer relies on IL-3 for proliferation, thereby detecting the regulatory mechanisms of related kinase genes.

Overall, the Ba/F3 oncogene model is an important tool for studying the function and regulation of kinase genes, as well as developing and testing potential therapeutic strategies for these genes.
