Model information:

5X106  KARPAS-299 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.

About 5 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.

The duration of treatment is about 10 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
