Cell name:
KARPAS-299
Other names for the model:
KARPAS-299、Karpas 299、KARPAS 299、Karpas299、KARPAS299、K299
Cell information:
KARPAS-299 cells are derived from human anaplastic large cell lymphoma cell line. Their growth depends on ALK kinase, so they are often used for screening ALK inhibitors. Click to view More information.
Model information:
5X106 KARPAS-299 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.
About 5 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.
The duration of treatment is about 10 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
