Cell information:
Hep3B (Hep 3B2.1-7) cells are human liver cancer cells that produce alpha-fetoprotein, hepatitis B surface antigen (BHsAg), albumin, macroglobulin, and alpha-antitrypsin ( alpha-antitrypsin), transferrin, complement (C3), C3 active carrier, fibrin, etc. Click to view More information.
Model information:
5X106 Hep3B cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.
About 14 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.
The duration of treatment is about 23 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
