Model information:

5X106  MV-4-11 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.

About 9 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.

The duration of treatment is about 22 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
