Model information：

1X10⁷ MDA-MB-231 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.

About 6 ays post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 45 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).
