Cell information:

NCI-H460 cells are derived from human large cell lung cancer cells. The cells expressed p53 at levels comparable to normal lung cells and showed no abnormalities in the overall structure of the DNA. Model information:

5X106  NCI-H460 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.

About 10 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.

The duration of treatment is about 18 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
