GP2d cells are derived from human colon cancer tumor cells

Model information：

1X10⁷ GP2D cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.

About 6 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 28 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).
