Cell information：

EBC-1 cells are derived from human lung squamous cell carcinoma cells

Model information：

3X10⁶  EBC-1 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.

About 8 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 26 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).
