Cell information：

BxPC-3 cells are derived from human orthotopic pancreatic cancer cells

Model information：

1X10⁷  BxPC-3 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.

About 31 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 35 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).
