Model information：

5X10⁶  HT1080 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.

About 8 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 26 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).

2X10⁶  HT1080 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.

About 5 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 14 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).
