5X106  HT1080 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.

About 8 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.

The duration of treatment is about 26 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).

 

2X106  HT1080 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.

About 5 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.

The duration of treatment is about 14 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
