        The liver cancer xenograft animal model is established by transplanting tumor cell lines from different species to experimental animals. This model is mainly divided into two types: 

        Subcutaneous xenograft: Transplanting tumor cells or tissues from tumor bearing organisms into the subcutaneous areas of the armpits and back of model animals. The advantages of this method are fast tumor formation time, short modeling cycle, and convenient tumor observation. 

        Orthotopic transplantation: Transplanting tumor cells or tissues from tumor bearing organisms onto the liver of an animal model. The advantage of this model is that it can simulate the tumor growth microenvironment well in vivo, and is commonly used for screening anti-cancer drugs, making it easy to determine the therapeutic effect.
