Cell information:

HL-60 cells are derived from human promyelocytic acute leukemia cells. These cells have phagocytic activity and chemotactic response, are positive for the oncogene myc, and express complement receptors and FcR. Click to view More information.


Model information:

1X107  HL-60 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.

About 7 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.

The duration of treatment is about 14 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
