T47D (Orthotopic)

Model information：

1X10⁷ T47D cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into the 3rd mammary fat pad in NOD SCID mice.

About 25 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 32 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).

Pre-Treatment: One day before tumor cell inoculation, a pellet of β-estradiol implant for mouse need to be subcutaneously implanted into the left front flank region of each mouse.
