Cell name:
NCI-H441
Other names for the model:
H441、H-441、NCI-H441-4、NCI-441、NCIH441
Cell information:
NCI-H441 cells are derived from human lung adenocarcinoma cells. This cell line expresses the major surfactant apoprotein (SP-A). In addition, this cell line harbors mutations such as Kras G12V. Click to view More information.
Model information:
5X106 NCI-H441 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude or NU/NU mice.
About 6 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.
The duration of treatment is about 27 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
