Cell information:
NCI-H69 cells are derived from human small cell lung cancer (SCLC), express insulin-like growth factor II, and are positive for multiple oncogenes (myc +; myb +; fes +; fms +; raf +; ras + ). Click to view More information.
Model information:
5X106 NCI-H69 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.
About 20 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.
The duration of treatment is about 42 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
