Cell name:
Daudi
Other names for the model:
DAUDI、NK-10A、NK-10a、NK 10a、NK10a、GM03190、GM03190A、GM17346
Cell information:
Daudi cells are derived from human Burkkit lymphoma cells. beta-2-microglobulin negative, expressing EBNA, VCA, sIg. This cell carries Epstein-Barr virus and is a typical B lymphoblastoid cell line that can be used to study the pathogenesis of leukemia. Click to view More information.
Model information:
1X107 Daudi cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.
About 9 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.
The duration of treatment is about 19 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
