Cell information:

Daudi cells are derived from human Burkkit lymphoma cells. beta-2-microglobulin negative, expressing EBNA, VCA, sIg. This cell carries Epstein-Barr virus and is a typical B lymphoblastoid cell line that can be used to study the pathogenesis of leukemia. Click to view More information.


Model information:

1X107  Daudi cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.

About 9 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.

The duration of treatment is about 19 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
