Cell information:

Daudi cells are derived from human Burkkit lymphoma cells. beta-2-microglobulin negative, expressing EBNA, VCA, sIg. This cell carries Epstein-Barr virus and is a typical B lymphoblastoid cell line that can be used to study the pathogenesis of leukemia. Click to viewMore information.


Model information:

Subcutaneous inoculation, the mouse strain is NOD/SCID, and matrix needs to be added during inoculation. Approximately 9 days after vaccination, the group can be divided into groups, and the administration time after grouping is approximately 19 days.
