Cell name:
SW620
Other names for the model:
SW-620、SW 620、SW.620
Cell information:
SW620 cells are derived from lymph node metastases of human colon adenocarcinoma, SW480 are derived from human colon adenocarcinoma cells, and SW620 are derived from lymph node metastases of the same patient one year later. The cell lines are mainly composed of villus-less spheroid cells and Composed of bipolar cells. It synthesizes only small amounts of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and is highly tumorigenic in nude mice. Click to view More information.
Model information:
5X106 SW620 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c Nude mice.
About 9 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.
The duration of treatment is about 18 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
