Colorectal Cancer Model

        The colorectal cancer transplantation model is an animal model that transplants human or mouse primary colorectal cancer tissue or cells into mice to grow into tumors. This type of model has fast tumor formation, good reproducibility, simple operation, and low cost, making it the most commonly used CRC animal model. However, xenograft tumor models require the use of immunodeficient mice as hosts, which may affect tumor growth and progression, as well as the evaluation of drug efficacy.
