Cell name:
Raji
Other names for the model:
RAJI、P1-Raji、GM04671
Cell information:
Raji cells are derived from human Burkitt lymphoma cells, which highly express Myc and contain EBV. They need to be operated in a secondary biological safety cabinet; they can be used as transfection hosts. Commonly used in experiments such as aurora A inhibitor or CD20 antibody screening. Model information:
1X107 Raji cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.
About 10 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.
The duration of treatment is about 14 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
