Cell information:

Raji cells are derived from human Burkitt lymphoma cells, which highly express Myc and contain EBV. They need to be operated in a secondary biological safety cabinet; they can be used as transfection hosts. Commonly used in experiments such as aurora A inhibitor or CD20 antibody screening. Model information:

1X107  Raji cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.

About 10 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.

The duration of treatment is about 14 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
