Cell information：

 Z-138 cells are derived from human lymphoma cells

Model information：

5X10⁶  Z-138 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.

About 6 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 21 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).
