Model information：

5X10⁶  T84 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated into right flank region in NOD SCID mice.

About 14 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 mm³.

The duration of treatment is over 28 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 mm³).
