Syngeneic Tumor Models

        Colorectal cancer animal models are important tools for studying the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of colorectal cancer. Common colorectal cancer animal models include: transplant models, induced models, spontaneous models, and genetic engineering models. 

        Transplant models refer to animal models established by transplanting malignant transformed cells, precancerous lesions or tumor cells, and tissues into experimental animals. According to the source of the transplant, it is divided into syngeneic animal models and xenograft animal models.
