H22 cells derived from liver tumor cells of BALB/c mice

Model information：

1X10⁶  H22 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c mice.

About 6 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 8 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).

Reactivity to tumor immune drugs ：

Moderate response to inhibitors such as mPD-1 antibodies
