Model information：

3X10⁵  4T-1 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c mice.

About 6 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 24 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).

Reactivity to tumor immune drugs ：

Less sensitive to anti-mouse PD-L1 and PD-1 antibodies

Application areas：

Tumor metastasis, circulating tumor cell research, tumor microenvironment regulation (such as the effect of HA on tumor growth), etc.
