Cell information：

MC-38 cells originate from C57BL/6 mice and are induced by 1,2-dimethylhydrazine dihydrochloride (DMH) to form colon cancer cells

Model information：

1X10⁶  MC-38 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in C57BL/6J mice.

About 8 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 13 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).

Reactivity to tumor immune drugs ：

There was a moderate response to anti-mouse PD-1 antibodies and anti-mouse PD-L1 antibodies; a weak response to mCTLA-4 antibodies
