Cell name:
B16-F10
Other names for the model:
B16/F10、B16 F10、B16F10、B16 melanoma F10
Cell information:
B16F10 cells are melanoma cells derived from C57BL/6J mice. They are a subclone of B16 cells that were passaged in C57BL/6 mice 10 times
Model information:
2X105 B16-F10 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in C57BL/6J mice.
About 8 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m3.
The duration of treatment is about 9 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m3).
Reactivity to tumor immune drugs :
Responsive to multiple immune checkpoint inhibitors or activators
Application areas:
Pharmacodynamic evaluation of combination drugs related to immune checkpoint inhibitors
