Cell information：

Panc02 cells are derived from Grade III pancreatic cancer induced by 3-MCA (3-methylcholanthrene) in male C57BL/6 mice

Model information：

3X10⁶  PanCo2 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in C57BL/6J mice.

About 13 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 42 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).

Reactivity to tumor immune drugs ：

Weak or no response to multiple immune checkpoint inhibitors
