CT26 cells originate from BALB/c mice and are induced to form undifferentiated colon cancer cells by N-nitroso-N-methylurethane - (NNMU)

Model information：

5X10⁵  CT-26 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in BALB/c mice.

About 8 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 9 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).

Reactivity to tumor immune drugs ：

Anti-mouse PD-1 antibody, anti-mouse PD-L1 antibody, anti-mouse CTLA4 antibody and their combination are all sensitive
