Model information：

The CT-26 transplanted tumor inoculated in BALB/c mice has strong immunogenicity and can induce a strong immune response. Therefore, it is often used in research on immune checkpoint inhibitors and related combination drugs. In addition, as this model can cause cachexia, it is also commonly used as a model for studying cachexia.
