Model information：

1X10⁶  A20 cells per mouse are inoculated into right flank region in BALB/C mice.

About 11 days post inoculation, the mice can be grouped, with average tumor volumes at 150-250 m³.

The duration of treatment is about 21 days post grouping (when the tumor volumes in the vehicle group reach 2000 m³).
