       Blood/Plasma stability test is an important element in the drug discovery process, which evaluates the stability of lead compounds in blood/plasma. In drug discovery cases, many lead compounds have poor stability problems, and many compounds with good pharmacological activity end up failing due to lack of stability. Therefore, metabolic stability study is an important and indispensable element in the search for drug candidates.  

       Blood/Plasma stability data can intuitively reflect the potential stability issues of compounds, which will help researchers select compounds with better stability or modify existing compounds for further research. In addition, blood/plasma stability data can also be used to analyze the reasons for poor in vivo stability of compounds, indicate unstable structures of compounds, and screen for prodrugs and soft drugs.
