Cell-based Assay

        Stable cell line refers to the sustained and stable expression of specific genes or interference with the expression of specific genes in cells.The constructed vector containing target genes is introduced into cells using liposome transfection or lentiviral infection methods, and corresponding drugs are selected based on the resistance markers contained in different gene vectors to screen for mixed positive clones.  

        The lentiviral infection drug screening method is a widely used method for constructing stable expression cell lines, which is characterized by efficient integration and a wide range of target cells.
