A375 cells are derived from human malignant melanoma cells. Express immune checkpoint proteins such as PD-L1, PD-L2, OX40L.

Model information：

5X10⁶  A375 cells per mouse are mixed with Matri-gel and inoculated in NOG or NOG-dko mice. On the day of inoculation, 2X10⁶ PBMC was injected via tail vein injection.
