Epidermoid Carcinoma Model

Transplanting human or animal epidermal cancer cells into animal bodies can construct corresponding epidermal cancer animal models.

Transplantation models play an important role in studying the pathogenesis and drug screening of diseases such as epidermal cancer. Here are some advantages of transplanting models:

Short construction cycle: When tumor cells cultured in vitro are transplanted into immunoactive mice, subcutaneously transplanted cells will grow in the animal's body within a few weeks.

High inoculation survival rate: When a group of animals are simultaneously inoculated with the same amount of tumor cells, the growth rate is relatively consistent, with small individual differences, and the inoculation survival rate is nearly 100%.

Easy to judge the efficacy objectively: The effects on the host are similar, so it is easy to judge the efficacy objectively.
